Misao Hongo (本郷 美佐尾, Hongō Misao) is a supporting character in Tsukigomori and also in it's remake, Dark Moon. She is Katsuki Tachibana's fiance and Mio Hongo's older sister. She is portrayed by Airi Oohara in the remake.
Storyline[]
Misao is the oldest child in the Hongo family. She is Mio's older sister and is very much loved by her parents. She is engaged to Katsuki, unaware of Katsuki's real reason of getting close to her.
Creation[]
The original actress cast in this role is unknown. Airi Oohara was cast in this role 20 years later for the remake of Tsukigomori, Dark Moon.

Misao seems like the perfect child of the Hongo family. She is beautiful as well as smart. She is always good at everything she does, so her parents very much favor her over her younger sister, Mio. In truth, she actually pushed Mio off a cliff when they were younger because she was jealous of her sister's talent on the violin.
