Matsuda (松田) is the manager of Hiou Uesugi.
Personality[]
Matsuda seems to be a quite reasonable but soft person who tells Kyoko Mogami what really happened when Hiou Uesugi was wounded by Kanae Kotonami and she tells the truth about the seriousness of his wound. However she seems to visibly flinch when Hiou scolds her for doing this, implying she's probably not a very strict or hard individual. She seems willing to follow Hiou and not put many limitations on him. She goes with him when he spontaneously follows Kanae to her home without any objections.
